Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered dropship lingerie. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery of our dropship lingerie. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of dropship lingerie packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. Non deliveries

We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.
