Whilst we hold a huge amount of lingerie, clubwear, bikinis and costumes in stock, you must assume all deliveries will take up to 14 days, unless you have had confiation of a sooner date by email or phone.

The reason for this, we have 3000 customers and sell almost 2000 different items of lingerie, clubwear, bikinis and costumes. Trends and fashion changes daily. We do try to hold a good level of the most popular items of lingerie, clubwear, bikinis and costumes.

Next day delivery

Next day delivery for lingerie, costumes, bikinis and clubwear is possible, by prior arangement, if the item is in stock. The charge for next day delivery is worked out by us, acording to the size of your order. Most single items are as low as £5

In stock.

We show a minimum in stock level on our lingerie, dresses, bikinis , costumes and clubwear simply because most of our 3000 customers are regular, who undertand the system, who contact us before placing an urgent order. Our shopping cart will not let you check an out of stock item out, even though you are willing to wait the 14 days. Therefor, we show a stock level of 2. Once again, this does not mean there are 2 in stock. Contact us before placing an urgent order.

Packaging

Our lingerie, clubwear, dresses, bikinis and costumes are all sent in very discreat packaging. It is not pretty paper, it is plain plastic postal bags or brown heavy duty parcel paper, or strong boxes.

Delivered

Once your item is in the hands of Royal Mail, you will recieve an email stating delivered. This means, we have delivered it to royal mail, we have a reciept and the package is no longer our property or responsability.

Missing items

Check your local post office, and your main sorting office before contacting us, as we will only send you there in the first instance. Very often, items suddenly appear the next day after contacting the Postal service.

 however this countries postal system needs improvement. Some times items " go missing" invariably stolen by some one. We will try our hardest to help you with missing items, often re sending a replacement item. However, we have no legal obligation to do so, we will not do so because you demand it, and we will not refund because you demand so. However, we will asses each case as and when it arrises, and often authorise replacements and or refunds.

 If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge a re postage fee.

We cannot and will not be held responsable for items arriving late, due to the postal service.  While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery of our lingerie, clubwear, bikinis, costumes or shoes however caused.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered lingerie, clubwear, dresses, costumes, shoes or bikinis. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery of our lingerie, clubwear, bikinis and costumes . It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of lingerie, clubwear, dresses, costumes, shoes or bikinis packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are dropship lingerie items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the lingerie, clubwear, dresses, costumes, shoes or bikinis items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
