Terms and conditions
Age
You must be 18 years or older to use our lingerie site.
We reserve the right to cancel any accounts created on our lingerie site made by younger people.
There is no minimum on orders for on this site.
Stock
Whilst we hold a large amount of stock, we ask you allow up to 14 days for delivery unless you order from our instock range here
The instock will be posted on the first available post,
there is a huge range of sizes and items in the instock section
These will also be posted on the first available post
We order no less than three times every week, so whilst we ask a 14 day delivery period, the chances of your order already being on the way here is very high often we post the same day.
We cannot possible hold every item in every size.
We show a stock level of 2, on all items to allow you to order, should you wish to wait
In some rare cases, the item you have waited for will be out of stock with the manufacturer, we will always notify you as soon as we know and offer you an alternative item of the same or greater value at our discretion
Emails
Your order when updated will trigger an email automatically, stating the orders progress. If you have not received any emails, but when logging into your account the order status has changed, check your spam box and mark the email as not spam, or add us to your white list, allowed emails etc.
We answer all emails within 6 hours, if you have not received a reply, please ensure you check your spam / bulk email box. We answer all emails in the manner they are received.
Polite emails are always given priority.
Delivery and Postage
We are one of the cheapest for lingerie, club wear and costumes, the price is a short delay in some cases for your items to arrive.
If you require next day, email with the item code so we can check our in stock size, and send you a next day delivery bill.
All post is in plain packaging, sent first class recorded delivery.
Returns
Returns must have a return code, given to you when you state the reason for return. Please ensure your return code is on your address label, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
Lingerie and close worn personal items such as bikinis etc will not be refunded due to strict hygiene laws.
You must notify us within 24 hours of your reason for wanting to return an item
There are no refunds given,
though we will happily exchange an item you are unhappy with for one of the same value
If you insist on a refund,
There is a re stocking fee of 15% or £10 whichever is the greater
for ALL refunds.
Late delivery
If your order has been updated to delivered, but you have not received your item, check your local post office first. Then check your local sorting office, if your order has been updated to delivered, it will have been posted within 12 hours of the date of update.
Whilst we will try to help in every way, we are not responsible for late delivery, we are not Royal Mail, nor do we drive for, control nor influence the postal service.
