A Man's Guide to Buying Lingerie

Most men know about sexy lingerie now, for example, sheer lingerie is sexy, satin or silk lingerie is sexy, the list goes on. However, women think of sexy lingerie in a different light to men.

Sure women still go on feel, but now there is a greater influence in the womans life than ever before, women are more open with each other than ever before, for example, years ago the only person to see a woman's knickers was herself. Now, women show their thongs off on purpose, wearing them high at the back, or sheer dresses and skirts, bras hanging out all over the place or simply bra tops.

So, how does a man know what lingerie to buy a woman?

How well do you know the woman you want to buy lingerie for? Seems a stupid question, but is it? Have you known the woman 2 weeks or 2 years? What does the woman in your life consider sexy? I almost guarantee that if you decide to go shopping for lingerie with your partner, you will both get to the checkout with a basket full of different items. Try it. Prove me wrong.

Go back and check her lingerie closet out, feel the quality, read the labels in her knickers, in her bra's, in her corsets, baby dolls etc. Study the lace, the pattern, the colours, the material.

Now go shopping with her, you should end up with a basket of sexy lingerie not to dissimilar to your girlfriends / wives choice. Not taking the time to get to know the woman in your life is often a shortcut men take. Men think they know women, OK, you know what she likes to eat, her favourite drink, film, pub etc, but most men would not be able to shop for a woman if their life depended on it, let alone choose the lingerie she loves to wear.

Women don't think of sexuality in the same way as men, men think crudely, actual physical side, women think along the lines of the loving side, the build up, in the same way, women think of lingerie different to men. Men tend to think sheer lingerie, that exposes everything is sexy, or tight thongs that make bulges, or bra's that show the nipples off is sexy. Women tend to think comfort, if a woman is comfortable, if a woman can tease you, if a woman can make you work for your reward, that is sexy. Remember this when buying lingerie for the sexy woman in your life and you won't go far wrong.
