FAQ Information.

The shipping rates are changing slightly.
This is because our prices are to
the bone.
However our paypal fees, (which we do not charge you) are
destroying our profit.
Also, our packaging fees have never been charged for,
but have risen 100%,
All this cost until now has been covered by us.

We are trying to set a happy medium, recovering some of the expense we can no longer swallow,
but keeping our postage reasonable.

We have also started sending all items signed for, as we have had some items lost?? in the post.

This has increased our postal fee by 50% per item.

Postage is now set at £3.25 per item, upto £36.00

£36.00 and above is 13%

This is the most accurate setting we could agree on. When you think of the weight of the dearer costumes, you will realise we are not far out.
