FAQ Information.

We have two delivery times, in stock and to order.
Every thing on our site, is to order, UNLESS it comes from our instock range.

When you fist order, we will update your order to prossesing,
providing payment has been made, and send an email to alert you to this.
Should you
check prices out and go through the process but not pay, your order will be
put on hold, and cancelled after 1 month.
When your order has arrived, is ready to send
and is posted, by signed for delivery,
you will get an email stating delivered.
This means we have
fulfilled our duty, and handed your parcel into the hands of a qualified postal company, such as royal mail, in exchange for cash, thus making a
contract with them,
that they assume responsability for your parcel, from
their depot to your specified address.
Because we have a large number of suppliers, as you can imagine, some times orders come from different suppliers,
so if for example, you order Leg
Avenue and a none described make, the two items may arrive at different times. We hold your order, until the order is complete.
Should you at any time need an order for a certain date, please notify us at the time of ordering, and we will get it quicker.
However, because we use mass order suppliers, the rush order does cost more as we get these from low order suppliers.
You will be notified of the new cost, as soon as we have located the rush order item.
