If you bought a costume, as long as the costume is faulty or the wrong product, and it is returned in the undamaged packaging, in a resaleable state you can have a refund.
Refunds will be issued 1 month from the paid date. Simply because as soon as you place an order with us, we order from the manufacturer. Until the item reaches us, (upto 14 days) and we can sell it, (allow 2 weeks) we do not have the spare funds to refund people who cannot read our terms and conditions before they order. No excuses nor exceptions.
